The 2013 recipient is Robert A. Flischel, owner of Robert A. Flischel Photography. The Spirit of Light Award is presented to an individual who has shown a commitment to the art and craft of photography over a lifetime. This award also recognizes the individual's commitment to sharing, preserving, and enhancing the universal language of photography.
